For better productivity & tool life we offer Teflon (PTFE) coating for the molds. Our molds are designed with the perfect pitch of jets for even and uniform fusion of beads & quick cooling, we maintain even wall thickness of the aluminum walls & precise layout of ejectors to enable fast & perfect cooling & ejection.
