Features of the Machine:

1. Machine frame:
Specially designed to handel the expansion pressures of Expanded polypropylene (EPP). Completely welded using custom steel sections and critical surfaces are machined. Machine Frame Surface is sandblasted and coated by spraying zinc and further painted using epoxy poly-amide paint as anti-corrosive primers, and finally finished using acrylic paint as anti-corrosive top coat.

2. Color TFT touch screen and modular structured PLC:
The PLC monitors and controls the temperature, pressure and time using customized software which is fine tuned for the EPS molding process.

3. Power Pack:
Double hydraulic cylinder with power pack.

4.Cross steam function:
It keeps the uniformity of heating and molding.
